The Choir Boosters is a tax-exempt, non-profit organization, which supports and promotes the goals and objectives of the Walled Lake Central choral program. It is a smaller organization that meets under the larger umbrella of the Walled Lake Central Music Boosters, which assists the bands, choirs, and orchestras. It consists of a dedicated group of parents and faculty who meet once a month to organize the activities of the choir program. The Boosters coordinate fundraising activities, provide student scholarships for voice lessons, assist students with travel costs for choir trips, provide chaperones for off-site trips, and help to facilitate communication among the choral directors, students, parents, and the community. The Boosters typically meet at 7:00 PM on the second Tuesday of the month in the Central High School Choir Room unless noted by an asterisk on the schedule below. Every parent of a choir student is a member of the Boosters; no fees or dues are required. All parents are welcome and encouraged to attend our meetings.
